I am a certified yoga teacher with 17 years of teaching experience. I trained for many years at one of the oldest yoga institutes in India and hold an Advanced Diploma in Yoga from Mumbai University.
Over the years I’ve taught school students, led corporate yoga camps in Mumbai and Bangalore, and conducted workshops for every age group and a wide range of health needs. Today I teach from Dubai and Mumbai — and online, worldwide.
